Beauty Book Class Script Labels

by Donna Bayes

Updated for the new beauty book on 1/12/05 by Jackie Green!  Thank you, Jackie, for helping me keep these current and maintaining my skin care class philosophy.

Here are the new labels I created to apply to certain pages in the beauty book to use as a cheat sheet.  They are in Word so you can change them if you desire.

A big thank you to Directors Sarah Hjelle-Bjorgaard and Julie Moreland for the use of some of their wording and great sizzling sentences.

Where To Place The Labels: Print on Avery 8160 mailing labels. 30 to a page. The labels use two sheets. You'll peel the labels off the sheets going across, but will paste them into the beauty book going down in columns.

The first 5 labels go down the left side on the front of the beauty book.
Next 8 labels go down in a column on page 2.
The next label (You're entitled to a 2nd...) goes at the top at the left edge on p. 3.
Add 8 more labels on that column and finish the next column with 7 more. Last label begins with "However, if you're tempted.
The next label goes at the top left of page 7, right above the paragraph, Make a Miracle Happen Every Day
The next four labels go on page 8, over the picture of the 2 TimeWise bottles, ending with “You have the Miracle Set
The label beginning with "Read Day/Night..." plus the next 2 labels, goes over the picture of the Day/Night bottles
The label “Apply Indulge…” goes at the bottom left of pg 8 and the next label goes next to it.
Place the label "TimeWise Age Fighting Eye Cream" right above the Age-Fighting Eye Cream paragraph on page 9 (I have it to the right side of the page, so I can still see some of the paragraph about the Ultimate Miracle Set (if you want that paragraph, you can read over the shoulder of a guest.)
I then take an ink pen and number the steps from 1 to 4 on pages 6 & 7. Having the numbers helps you to quickly see where and what to talk about next.
Number the first label as number 1 (I put a 1 with a circle around it)--"How would you like a Miracle for your face"
Number 2 is the paragraph “Make a Miracle Happen Every Day”
Number 3-- “The Miracle Set Results” paragraph
Number 4--"Discover the Miracle of Younger-Looking Skin." chart on page 6
Write "page 8" at the bottom of page 7
Take your ink pen and number on pages 8 & 9
1-- “Choose The Miracle set for Anti-Aging benefits Customized for Your Skin”
2-- 3-in-1 Cleanser (write "Apply Cleanser" right above this section)
3--Night Solution label
4--Apply Day Solution on top of Night Solution--1/2 Face
5--Age Fighting Moisturizer paragraph, write Apply Moisturizer.
6--"You have the Miracle Set..." label
7--The paragraph entitled "Day and Night Solutions."
8--The yellow section of the first label ("We're going to take the anti-aging...")
9--The label “We've just done the basics for healthy skin”
10--The label The eye area is the first…”
11--The label that says "Apply Indulge Soothing Eye Gel", under (or above) that label write “Nap In a Jar”
12--The label “It can also be used…”
13--The label “TimeWise Age-Fighting Eye Cream
14--The paragraph "Age-Fighting Eye Cream"
15--The paragraph "Visably Fit Body Lotion"
Write $152 on the picture of the Ultimate Miracle Set and circle the words "The Ultimate Miracle Set" and write "Show Bag"
Write "go to pg 12" at the bottom of pg 9.
On pg 12 write "Extra Hydration--1/2 face" at the top.  This will remind you to sample one of the hydrators on the 1/2 of the face that is being pampered. Write "Dry Skin" on the pink jar lid and "Normal-Oily" on the lid of the purple jar.
Circle the numbers of the products that you want to feature.
Number 4--Oil Mattifier.  Write "Who shines?" on the picture of #4. This will remind you to ask them who shines during the day and have those women apply Oil Mattifier to their faces.
Number 6--Acne Treatment Gel, and write, "Zap those monthly breakouts without excessive drying" .
I also circle 7, Satin Lips, and have them sample those two products.
Circle number 8, and I draw a line with an eye liner pencil on my hand and demonstrate how easily it is removed with Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover.
Circle 10 and 11 and remind them they have already tried those products (Nap In a Jar).
Circle "Oil and Blemish Control Set" and mention if you have oily clients at your table or mothers with teenagers.
Write "Back to p 10" at the bottom of p 13.
The label that says, "The foundaton is the lightest...". goes at the top of p 10
5 more labels go down the column.
Skip a little space and then place the next two labels, beginning with the one that says, "Doesn't my job look fun"
Circle the Beautiful Choices paragraph on page 11. While they are applying foundation, mention the benefits of the foundations.
Write "p 14" at the bottom of p 11.
On page 14, place the next 4 labels (spaced: put the first two, then leave a space, and place the next one, and then leave a little space and put the next one. Leave a little space and place the Brush Set label that is found down a little ways in the group of labels. And remember to promote the brush set for bookings.
I circle the brush set and the lip outliner pencil (write Wonder Bra for your lips--it holds it all in!) to remind me to talk about those products
new! Eye Primer is pictured at the bottom of p 15. Circle it and remember to talk about it and have them sample it on one eye at their color appointment.
Write page 16 at the bottom of page 15.
On page 16, I place the next three labels that begin with "Everyone wants to know 3 things:"
I leave a space and then place the last four labels, which are for the Private Consultation
